My brother gave me this van when I turned 16 and said I can keep him if I can make him run.

I was allowed to use all of his tools but I had no clue about cars, the van was a mess and my brother moved to the USA later this year.

So it was just me, the van and a workshop full of tools. It was so exciting! I have included pictures of the restoration and the finished van!

The more time I spend and people I talked to the more I learned about this van.
And still I have no clue about cars in general but after six years and several breakdowns I know everything about MY van now!

In the picture above my girlfriend Katie and I were on our way back home from Croatia to Germany and decided to stay one last night at the beautiful Soca river in Slovenia.

A very nice farmer couple allowed us to stay in his massive yard right at the waterfront.
